What is Bourbon County Rescue?
We are a 501c3 non-profit. The Bourbon County Rescue saves animals from dire circumstances. We take animals from rural high kill shelters in Eastern Kentucky and other animals in need of help through abandonment or medical emergency.

The adoption fee is cash only. Rescue BC is a multi-faceted, foster-based rescue. Our pets are spayed/neutered, vaccinated up to date as age appropriate, dogs over 6 months old are tested for heartworm, puppies/kittens are dewormed.
