How do I Cancel my Virgin Active membership?

Head over to the Virgin Active App and scroll down to “Manage Membership”. Then choose “Cancel Membership.” Please note, there is a 30-day notice period for cancellations if your contract commitment period has ended. During your 30-day notice period, you will be charged a pro-rata amount for your membership, which will be collected by direct debit.
