About NCO (National Cyber Olympiad) The National Cyber Olympiad (NCO) is a cyber concepts and knowledge competition for students of class 1 to class 12. It is conducted by Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) with the aim of identifying and nurturing future scientists, technologists and IT talent at school level.
How do I register for National Cyber Olympiad?
SOF NCO is open for students of class 1 to class 10. However, the students cannot apply on their own. Prospectus containing the Registration forms are sent to all schools registered with SOF. Schools not registered may also request for prospectus by sending an e-mail at [email protected] / Phone call.
How many levels are there in NCO?
As part of the test, students will also be able to evaluate themselves on four levels: school, city, zone, and worldwide.

Is Olympiad negative marking?
The questions will be of objective type in nature with multiple choice answers. There is no negative marking. For classes 3 to 12 OMR answer sheets will be provided, whereas for classes 1 and 2, question paper cum answer sheet shall be returned to Foundation with the answers marked by the students.
