What is devlon V?

Devlon V-API is a proprietary formula developed by James Walker, which includes additives that allow the material to perform at higher pressures and temperatures than the majority of soft valve seat materials, providing a cost effective solution with superior performance.

What is RTFE seats?

RTFE (Reinforced Teflon®: 85% PTFE, 15% Glass Fiber) RTFE is the standard seat material for most A-T Controls floating ball valves. This seat should not be used in caustic (sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, etc.) service.

Is devlon a PTFE?
