What is BMSA?

Building Material Suppliers Association is a trade association serving independent building material dealers and their suppliers. In January 2014, the Ohio Construction Suppliers Association and the Southern Building Material Association merged to form BMSA. The territory we serve is North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee & Virginia.

What is the Lester group doing with BMSA?

We have had a long association with BMSA. We have benefited greatly from the many member and vendor relationships in the group, the sharing of best practices and the tremendous educational opportunities BMSA has afforded our organization. How many points do I need to become a BMSA member?

An active member of BMSA must attain 70 points by the end of the semester. In normal semesters, 15 of these points must be earned through service events and an additional 15 points must be from Academic Workshop events.
