What is RockShox solo air?
The air spring is RockShox’s simpler Solo Air system. This removes the precarious pressure balancing of Dual Air and makes setup a lot simpler. It’s still sensitive enough over small stuff once bedded in. An external rebound adjuster and low speed/lockout lever cover the basic bounce control options well.
Does RockShox have a 15mm through axle?
There’s no 15mm through-axle option though and you get the older zip tie rather than triangular clamp hose guide. The air spring is RockShox’s simpler Solo Air system.

Also the air spring makes more noise under compression than other rockshox forks do like the Reba or Revelation. So far I am pleased with this fork. When I first rode out of my garage it felt great. When I hit the first root section, I knew it was radically better than coil. It is adjustable which allows you to set the fork for your need.
