How do I check the status of my employment pass?
You can do either of the following:
- Use the SGWorkPass app to scan the QR code on your work pass card.
- Go to Check work pass and application status. Enter your date of birth followed by your FIN or passport number (travel document number).
How long does it take for EP approval?
around 8 weeks
It takes around 8 weeks to process the application. It may take longer if additional information is required. You can check the application status online. If approved, we will email the in-principle approval (IPA) letter to the contact person indicated in the application.
How do I change company turnover in Epol?
To update other details (e.g. company’s address or turnover), log in to EP Online > click ‘Change Particulars’ on the left menu > ‘Company Details’.
Can Loc be rejected?
Existing Dependant Pass LOC holders can continue working until the expiry of their LOC. Can the LOC application get rejected? Indeed, not all Letter of Consent applications are approved. The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) evaluates each applicant based on the applicant’s and hiring company’s credentials.
Can Loc be extended?
You can renew your LOC when you renew your Dependant’s Pass. You can renew up to 6 months before your LOC expires.
Can S Pass holder get pregnant in Singapore?
Yes. There is no restriction for S Pass holders to get pregnant while working in Singapore.
How to manage employment pass online (Epol) in corppass?
Log in to CorpPass account. Go to the e-Service Access tab. Choose Employment Pass Online (EPOL) as one of your company’s eServices. Assign Employment Pass Online (EPOL) eService to the EP Online administrators and users.
How do I log in to EP online?
To log in, these steps must be completed: Your company must first register for an EP Online account. Your EP Online administrator needs to grant you access. Your CorpPass administrator must assign you with EP Online access.
How do I renew or cancel my EP online?
Visit go.gov.sg/corporate-login for more info. Employers or EAs can use EP Online to renew a pass, or to apply for a Training Employment Pass or an LOC. This service can also be used to update a pass holder’s residential address. To apply for an EP, S Pass, DP, LTVP, or issue and cancel a pass, use myMOM Portal instead.
How do I apply for an EP or s pass?
To apply for an EP, S Pass, DP or LTVP use myMOM Portal. You are encouraged to log in at least once every 3 months to ensure there are no irregular transactions. Accounts without activity for 12 months will be terminated.
