Does levenger punch work with Arc?

Same disc size and spacing, the only thing that’s different is the size of the mushroom hole – it’s bigger on the Levenger. Here is the Levenger and the ARC in one of my ARC notebooks. As you can see it’s not noticeable so you could use the Levenger punch for the ARC notebook and vise versa.

Why do I need a second discbound punch?

Why’d I get another discbound punch? Because the holes are the same size however the discbound ring positioning doesn’t align. You can use the ARC with MAMBI however the spacing / alignment of the holes does not work. There is either a gap at the top of the page or too much at the bottom of the page.
