Your breathing difficulty and other symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) may improve within several weeks of taking Daliresp (roflumilast). In one study, people with COPD who took Daliresp daily for 4 weeks performed better on tests using bronchodilators, a sign of improved breathing.
