No, you do not need a reservation to eat at the Three Broomsticks. The line moves steadily and fairly quickly. You can make a reservation if you like but we just popped in and had one of the best meals of our trip.
Is there alcohol at Harry Potter World?

The best part about CityWalk at Universal Orlando is that it is completely free to enter. If you are looking to travel to Universal Orlando CityWalk before 6 p.m. just know that normal parking rates apply. If parking before 6 p.m. the parking fee if $26 for standard parking. After 6 p.m. parking is free, so plan accordingly!
