What to do at Twelve Oaks?

Twelve Oaks is located directly on the beach and one of the optional activities is going for sunrise beach runs, which is a great form of therapy. While I was there, of course the focus is on recovery, but there were fun activities that relate to each holiday as well as the Alumni visit for Christmas with gifts.
