- Exit SimTower.
- Enter DOS mode and find the SimTower subdirectory.
- Type debug tower1.
- Type e 100 00 24# 00 85 FF FF 00, where # is the star rating of your tower.
- Type “w” and press [Enter].
- Type “q” and press [Enter].
- Exit DOS and reload game.
