The gme 3120s is a good compact UHF cb in the menu set up it has a mic gain 0 to 9 setting but nothing written about mic gain in the user manual. Plenty of user friendly function in this radio. The only thing that needs improving the recieve audio is very tiny and become very annoying after long periods of listening .
What is the difference between scansuite UHF and GME?
It’s still 5 watts, and still has a big LCD display (that has 170 degrees of viewability, mind you), but the UHF is much smaller than other models. It still has the typical GME features of ScanSuite across the 80 channels, along with TurboScan (can do 80 channels in under two seconds) and autoskip (so you can blacklist those annoying channels).
