Where can I ask OSAP questions?

Where can I find my oen number?
It will appear on the student’s Ontario Student Record ( OSR ) folder and related forms; on applications made by the student for enrolment in an educational program, school, or institution; on assessments, tests, and evaluations of the student’s achievement.

What happens to my OSAP if I drop from full-time to part-time?
If you drop below the minimum course load for full-time studies, you’ll become a part-time student. This will affect your eligibility and Student Aid will reassess your account. You may be required to pay back some grant money.
What is a student number?
Student identification is the unique number assigned to all full-time and part-time students at a post-secondary institution. All students receive an identification card, with their name, ID number and a photo of themselves displayed.
Is SSSN the same as Oen?
Know your SSSN: Secondary School Student Number and your OEN: Ontario Education Number. They are all available on your WHSS timetable or report card or on your PIN information sheet. Have a credit card ready.
