What uniforms do you get in Army ROTC?
Class A uniform consists of the following: (1) Male – Garrison beret, Army service coat and trousers, white service shirt (short or long sleeve), a black four-in hand necktie, black oxford shoes, black socks, black belt with brass buckle and tip, black all weather coat (optional), uniform brass and accessories.
How do I set up my ROTC uniform?
Male
- Center the Honor Unit Star one-quarter of an inch above the top seam of the right pocket.
- Ribbons should be centered on the pocket button one-eighth of an inch above the top seam of the left pocket.
- Arches should be placed below the name tag and centered on the pocket.
Can I wear my ROTC uniform?

Can you have long hair in ROTC?
The bulk or length of the hair will not interfere with wearing of military headgear. Hair should not appear unkempt. The hair length may not extend below the bottom edge of any uniform collar. Long hair may meet this standard by being pinned up using natural hair colored or transparent clips or barrettes.
