How do you use Vantage vials?

Which sterile garb can be reused?
Ideally, we would never reuse garb, but pouch-type masks, cleanroom-grade masks, and N95-respirator masks may be more conducive to reuse. Must put a process around mask reuse so reuse does not compromise microbial state of control in rooms.
What should be donned first?
Sequence for donning and doffing personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform hand hygiene.
- Put on shoe covers (if applicable)
- Put on gown.
- Put on mask/respirator (if applicable)
- Put on eye protection (if applicable)
- Put on gloves.
Which piece of garb should be donned first?
Although Chapter <800> does not require double gowning, the author believes that a regular, non-shedding gown (as worn during nonhazardous sterile compounding) should be required to be donned first, followed by the addition of a back-closing chemo gown over it.

Is it safe to store ceftriaxone add-vantage ® units?
STABILITY: The ADD-Vantage ® System is designed to minimize drug waste by allowing the drug and diluent to be mixed at bedside just prior to administration. However, in those rare instances where the admixed unit cannot be administered within the specified time, ceftriaxone ADD-Vantage ® units may be safely stored under the following conditions:
