Very nice park – well maintained. Nice rock walls and picnic areas. For the average couple/family, you can do pretty much everything there is to do there in 2-3 days. (Or, if you only want to look at the gorge and waterfalls, you can do it as a drive-by in a couple of hours.)

In May 2020, my adult family drove east, mostly on Rt 20A, from Buffalo to the western entrance of Letchworth State Park. It’s around 50-60+ miles depending on whether you take the Perry or the Portageville entrance to the park.
