How does ParentPay direct debit work?
It requires a Direct Debit mandate to be authorised by your bank before payments can be collected (up to 3 working days normally or 6 working days for initial setup). Payments will be processed instantly in ParentPay. This is not a recurring direct debit.
How much can you withdraw from ParentPay?
You can make as many withdrawals as you wish up to the value of the available credit on your account. The rule allowing you to only make 3 withdrawals within a 3 month period has been lifted.

To refund from credit:
- Go to the Cashier tab.
- Find the relevant child.
- Click on the Parent in Credit by Link in the top right.
- Select the credit you want to refund so the line is highlighted in grey.
- Select ‘Refund’
- Enter any relevant details.
- Click ‘Refund’ to complete the refund process.

To begin, go to Modules>MyChildAtSchool>User Accounts.
- Select New.
- Press Select Contacts and Click on the Contacts you wish to create MyChildAtSchool accounts for.
- The following page shows the Children related to the Contact that you are creating MyChildAtSchool accounts for.
