How do I find my CAS transcript ID?
This ID is located below the barcode on the Transcript Request Form issued to you by PTCAS (the barcode is located in the upper right corner of this form). Once your transcript is requested, it takes 7-10 business days for it to post to your application.
Can my transcripts be sent after deadline?
The recs themselves can be submitted after the application deadline. The same rule also applies for the counselor rec; if it’s something that someone else is writing for you, it doesn’t have to be in by the deadline.
Do I need an official transcript?
If you’re admitted for the fall term, you must have final, official transcripts (high school and/or college) sent to the admissions office. These transcripts must be postmarked or electronically submitted on or before July 1.

How do I send my high school transcripts to colleges online?
There are several respected online services like Parchment, Need My Transcript, or National Student Clearinghouse that allow you to request and send copies of your transcripts for a small fee. Before you pay to send your transcripts online, check with the school to see which electronic services the school will accept.

Can you submit PharmCAS without transcripts?
You can submit your application before your transcripts and evaluations are received. Please note, however, that we will not review your application until all of your transcripts, payments, and evaluations are received.

How do I send my high school transcripts through naviance?
Click on the colleges tab, click on transcripts on the left side under resources, then request transcripts for my college applications. You can then click the box of the school(s) you want an official transcript to go to. Scroll to the bottom and hit request transcripts.
What do you do if you don’t have a high school transcript?
If the last school you attended doesn’t have access to your records, they’re likely stored at your local school district office or with the county board of education. Depending on your school district, you may be able to request your transcripts online, over the phone, or through the mail.
Can I send transcripts myself to Wes?
Can I submit the documents myself? No. WES only accepts documents in sealed envelopes that are mailed directly by the institutions themselves.
How do I get official transcripts?
Official versions are often sent directly by your high school, either through snail mail or as an e-mail. Your school may also give you an official version of your transcript inside a sealed envelope for you to send yourself. If they do, do not open this envelope, as it will make the transcript no longer official.
