Please contact Customer Care to process your return for items purchased online or by phone. Alternatively, items purchased online or by phone* can be returned with a receipt in a retail store. If you do not have your receipt, we will gladly offer you an exchange.
Does Lush take back empty containers?
Bring five of our empty black or clear pots to any of our shops, and we’ll give you a free fresh face mask. We send your old pots to our supplier to regrind and remold them so a whole new batch of pots is born.

Can you cancel lush subscription?
Subscription Cancellation You have a legal right to cancel the subscription contract which starts from the date you sign up, which is when the contract between us is formed. How can I get free Lush products?

Does Lush still do recycling program?
We send these pots back to our recycler, who molds them into brand new black pots in a closed-loop recycling system. For all of our other packaging, like our clear pots, body spray bottles, sample pots, and makeup tubes, you can bring those to us too, and we’ll do the recycling for you!
Can you recycle Lush packaging?
This simple recycling scheme entitles Lush customers in the UK and Ireland to exchange any individual Qualifying Lush Packaging item for 50 pence/cents towards their in-store purchase at the same time.
