What is The NUKEMAP and how does it work?
The NUKEMAP estimates everything from possible casualties to radioactive fallout. Real weapons tested by North Korea, Russia and the US are among the detonations that users can simulate. Even catastrophic bombs such as the ‘Little Boy’, which killed up to 166,000 people in Hiroshima in 1945, are available to try.
Can we predict the number of casualties caused by nuclear bombs?
