Can I use this tool to install 3/8 aluminum rivet nut?

I tried to use this tool to install 3/8 aluminum rivet nut. It broke at the handle where the stop bolt goes through the tool. It also broke the small ears that connect to the cylinder inside the head. Like another reviewer pointed out this may be okay for small nuts, but cannot take the pressure of a larger diameter. Very disappointed.
