Qsymia is a combination weight loss medication which is available via prescription only. It’s actually a combination of two separate weight loss medications (thus the name combination medication): Phentermine and Topiramate (1).

Qsymia was studied in 2 large trials that involved 3754 patients whose BMI was 27 kg/m 2 or greater. For the subjects in the 2 studies the average baseline weight was 256 lbs and 227 lbs, and the average baseline waist circumference was 47 inches and 45 inches.

How is the ARWU ranking determined?
