The Employee-Owned S Corporations of America (ESCA) is the Washington, DC voice for employee-owned S corporations. From all of us at ESCA, Happy Thanksgiving. Employees of S ESOP companies remained more financially stable throughout the pandemic than their non-ESOP counterparts.

Can my ESOP company participate in ESCA?

S ESOP companies can participate in ESCA at the General, Leadership Council, or Board of Directors levels (for more information regarding membership levels and fees, please click here).

What are the levels of Esca membership?

Eligible S ESOP Companies may join ESCA at the General, Leadership Council, or Board of Directors level. Members of all three levels pay dues reflecting the company’s number of eligible participants, and companies who join after July 1 of each year receive a prorated membership rate.
