Hyatt Hotels Corp. expects to close later this year on a $480 million acquisition of Two Roads Hospitality, the parent company of Sunriver Resort. Hyatt announced the acquisition Monday. Hyatt said in a press release that the deal includes the majority of Two Roads’ 85 properties in eight countries.
