Owned a 2011 G37 sedan. I loved the car, it was fast, reliable, and comfortable. It also had good handling and was super fun to drive. Loved the sound of the VQ engine. It did have a good bit of wind noise at highway speeds (not sure if it was just mine) but the car was very stable at high speeds.
