What is ICF-accredited?
ICF-accredited hours are certification training hours offered by coaching schools and academies that have earned accreditation through the ICF (like Radiant Coaches Academy). Once you’ve completed a certain number of ICF-accredited hours, you’ll be a certified professional coach.
How many hours do you need to be ICF certified?
Hold a current ICF Credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC); Have completed at least 60 hours of coach-specific training that meets ICF standards.
Do I need to be ICF certified?
If you’re looking for a writing coach, for example, there’s probably no need for them to be ICF-certified. You don’t necessarily need your writing coach to have gone to a particular training program or passed a test.
