The fur of a Cavapoo will continue to grow, so unlike dogs that do shed, their coat needs to be cut for it not to grow too long. A Cavapoo does not shed but, their fur still needs weekly brushing.

We recommend males for young families as they are more easy going and love everyone in the family, where as a girl can choose one person to shower their uncondtional love on, to the exclusion of all others. Often the difference in natures will have more to do the individual traits then gender.
Why does my Cavapoo smell?
They have a low odor so if yours is smelling it may be that the hair is too long and may have dirt caught in it. Regular bathing and trimming can overcome this. Also check the ears, as the Cavapoo is prone to ear infections, and that condition can produce a nasty smell.
