Are Angel Lopez guitars good?
5.0 out of 5 stars Recommended Guitar! Very good guitar. It sounds exactly as I expected it to. The strings are bit harder than regular classical guitars, but the sound quality is amazing!
Is Stagg a good guitar make?
The Stagg is a good looking well built guitar and I recommend for any level player. This is a nice looking well built guitar for $170. Packaging was excellent so it arrived in good shape. I’ve played the guitar for a couple of days and it has good tone and nice action on the fretboard.
What is laminate wood in guitars?
Laminate wood simply means money (and wood) was saved by using thinly veneered layers of wood combined to create your guitar. These layers are usually glued together to form a thicker surface. Even in furniture, all solid wood parts are less common these days, and much easier to spot than in a guitar.
Is Stagg a good violin brand?
Nice, inexpensive instrument. The build quality is good, feels very solid and not fragile. Having played violin all my life, I’ve never tried electric so don’t have a lot of experience. The violin sounds pretty good even without additional sound processing or very little of it (just some reverb).
Why do solid top guitars sound better with age?
Drying Out Over time, these gaps in the wood can collapse. Hence, the wood cannot retain as much water. And it’s this lack of moisture, and the process of the top of the guitar drying out, that causes it to sound better over time. This creates a harder and lighter form of the wood.
Why is guitar not in the orchestra?
Guitars are not considered to be traditional orchestral or band instruments, although they are sometimes played in orchestral arrangements. Orchestras throughout history were not amplified and guitars were too quiet to be heard. If a guitar is used it is typically as a soloist and is normally an electric guitar.
