On my i5 machines, I get ~25 KH via CPU, and 15 KH via the HD4000. For the GPU, use cgminer with an intensity of 12. There’s no reason to stop mining just because you’re using a laptop. Spend $15 on a USB-powered laptop stand that has an integrated fan, and you’ll be good to go.
