Does TheraNest record sessions?
TheraNest does not record or store the audio or video from Telehealth sessions. What equipment do I need to offer Telehealth Appointments? You’ll need the following in order to offer Telehealth Appointments in TheraNest: A computer, tablet, or phone (no applications or software to download).
What clearinghouse does TheraNest use?

Does TheraNest have a baa?
TheraNest does not automatically execute a Business Associate Agreement with you. In order to agree to the BAA, you must request one as part of the new account creation process, through the support chat tool. You will then need to sign it and submit it.
