Via commute:
- In Naga city, take a trike to the Van Terminal (this is near SM Naga)
- Ride a van going to Tigaon. Should take about 45mins – 1 hour.
- Alight at Tigaon and take a trike to Nato Port in Sangay. This take about 20-30mins in my guesstimate.
- Ride a boat to Atulayan Island. This takes about 20 mins.

At SM, take the van to Tigaon Crossing, then tricycle to Nato Port in Sangay. You can negotiate for a boat with local fishermen in the area. At a small fishing village outside the port, there are boats that can take you to Atulayan Island for P700.
