  1. In Minecraft, select Play.
  2. Select the Realm slot you want to replace.
  3. Choose Edit World.
  4. Select Replace World.
  5. Choose the world you want to load onto your Realm server.
  6. When the replacement is finished, choose Let’s Go!

In order to upload the world to Realms, you need to have it in your single player saves folder which is, by default, located at.minecraft/saves. After it’s in your single player saves folder then follow the screenshots below Wait for it to upload (which may take a while) and then you can use that world on your realm.
