What Colour is Beluga Rab?

I own the vest in the beluga color and I love it. It’s very warm and I often pair it with a light Arcteryx jacket. The color is a darker grey. Looks great and works well on the trail as it packs down very small.

Is the Rab Microlight Alpine jacket waterproof?

Your Microlight Jacket is not waterproof. The Microlight Alpine Jacket is designed for alpine climbers who want something light and packable that protects them against wind and snow. It does have a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating that will deflect snow, but we don’t advise wearing this out in the rain.

Where do Rab get their down from?

It’s where Rab began over 30 years ago. We use responsibly sourced down that is certified by the Responsible Down Standard (RDS). It mostly comes from European geese and ducks. We also use recycled down, diverting down that would have gone to the land fill and putting it into our products.
