‘Goodyear’ Nordic is one of the worst tyres out there. X-Ice Xi2 is a much better winter tyre. It’s a chalk and cheese comparison. As a side note, the only Goodyear [car] winter tyres worth buying are the UltraGrip Performance (and Performance2), Eagle UltraGrip GW3, and the Dunlop Wintersports (3D, M3).

What’s the difference between X-Ice and Nordic tires?
I would assume, based on the tread pattern, that the X-Ice may be better on ice (looking at the sipes), whereas the Nordics might be better on snow (big blocky treads). Im just skeptical because I’ve been in a car with the first generation X-Ice tires and the performance was terrible.
