What is dental Dilaceration?
By definition, dilaceration is an abnormal angulation or bend in the root and less frequently, the crown of a tooth. Most cases are idiopathic and have no clinical feature [1]. In limited cases with recognized cause, injury was the first reason.

“Dens in dente” is a developmental malformation incident due to the in folding of enamel and dentin or an accentuation of the lingual pit of an incisor before calcification sets in.
Are root canal fillings successful?

If your dentist feels the dental dam is necessary, and you don’t allow him to use it, he can decline to treat you. You are, in essence, preventing him from doing his job safely and well.
