What is the package merchant Opold?
Opold can be found in Port Hanshan Plaza near the elevator to Noveria’s docking bay. When you first talk to him he will mention that he has procured a special package for one of his customers, but cannot get this package past the guards and scanners in the docking bay.
What happens if you tell Anoleis?
For the most Renegade outcome, tell Anoleis “Gianna is investigating you”. They will both shoot each other dead for +25 Renegade Points, and you’ll then be questioned by Maeko Matsuo (your responses won’t matter). You can then get the Garage Pass off of Anoleis’ body.
How do you beat Noveria?
If you go to Lorik and convince him to testify, then he’ll give you the pass and Gianna will arrest Anoleis, netting you Paragon points. If you go and report Gianna to Anoleis, however, then he’ll call her into his office and fire her.

How do you convince Anoleis?
Convince Qui’in to testify, then blackmail Anoleis by telling him about the evidence in your possession (provided Shepard is sufficiently charismatic or intimidating). Depending on dialogue choices, it’s possible to get more experience points here, but only along with additional Renegade points.
Where is Gianna Parasini?
Gianna Parasini on Illium. If Parasini did not die, she can be found on Nos Astra near a Serrice Technology kiosk, now wearing an outfit with pants.
Where is Noveria in Mass Effect?

How to sell packages to opold’s client?
Sell the package directly to Opold’s client. Inamorda, the buyer, is on the second floor of the Port Hanshan Mezzanine and will offer to buy the package directly from you for 500 credits. Charm / Intimidate will bring his offer up to 750 credits and you will receive Renegade points.
Does opold still sell to Shepard’s team?
Opold will continue to sell to Shepard’s team even if he initially asked them to leave, or is blacklisted by his Noveria clients. You can use the mod or sell it to Opold for much more than you would get from either him or Inamorda.
