- You naturally accumulate Garrison Resources over time, which can be looted from a chest next to your Town Hall.
How do you unlock Garrison Level 3?
Leveling your Garrison to level 3 requires you to be level 40 and costs 5,000 and 2000. At level 3, you have access to more plots as well as any Level 3 Blueprints you’ve previously earned from achievements.

Transfer Garrison Resources from one character to another with the Trading Post. Check what the Trading Post is asking for, buy it with garrison resources (costs the same amount as you would get for turning them in,) and mail them to the character you want. Just turn those in and you’ll get as much as you used to pay!
