Why are TMs single use in BDSP?
TMs are single-use, consumable items because they break after the move is taught to a single Pokemon. In Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, you now receive multiple copies of TMs from Gym Leaders and other NPCs, but they should still be used sparingly due to how limited they are.

Where is dig in Ruby?
To get the Dig TM you need to hit Route 116, by Mt. Chimney, and head way left ’til you get onto Route 114, near Fallarbor Town. Just outside of Fallarbor Town you’ll be able to find the Fossil Maniac’s small hut. Head into the hut and you’ll find a kid who’ll give you the Dig TM.
