Is a 7×9 tarp big enough?
Based on the first few options you threw out, it looks like you want something small. Even still, I’d recommend a 7 X 9. It won’t be much heavier than a 5 X 8 in the same fabric, but will considerably more comfortable and functional.

Is Dyneema noisy?
It’s not particularly noisy if you pitch it well. It’s not more fragile, although I have punctured it with a carelessly placed snowshoe crampon while setting it up. Condensation is an issue since it’s single walled. It will condense on the inside.
