Does Zerorez get stains out of carpet?

The only way to effectively remove a urine spot is to flush the pee out completely, or to remove the pad. We have a very effective way of removing these stains, by first replicating the urine stain with our Zr Clean™️. After letting the stain soak for a little, we will proceed to extract the urine out of the carpet.

What is the difference between Zerorez and Stanley Steemer?

STANLEY STEEMER- Stanley Steemer uses a truck mounted system that connects to a wand. The wand is the only piece of equipment used in the house. ZEROREZ- Zerorez uses a two part cleaning system. They call their system the Hot Carbonation Extraction.

What is the Zerorez process?

At Zerorez, we use a 3-step cleaning process that includes the Z-Lifter, Zr Clean™️, and our patented Cleaning Wand. The Z-Lifter is a counter-rotating brush that lifts the carpet fibers and extracts dry particulate from the carpet (aka, those itty bitties that the vacuum cleaner leaves behind).

Is it worth getting carpet cleaned?

If your household is prone to spills or accidents that are difficult to clean, a small cleaner may be a worthwhile purchase to have on hand. However, for more general cleaning of your entire carpet surface, it’s highly recommended to have a professional come to do it.

Does Zerorez use water?

Yes! Rather than loading carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces with detergents or other harsh chemicals; we, instead, use an electrolyzed alkaline water to clean with. We say “we are the guys that drink the water®”, and by that, we mean that the solution we clean with is so safe and pure, you could actually drink it!

Does Zerorez use your water?

At Zerorez, we add steps to our cleaning process that most carpet cleaners don’t. These steps are designed to help reduce the dry time. By pretreating and agitating the carpet fibers with counter-rotating brushes, we reduce the amount of water it takes to completely rinse the carpet.

Does Zerorez use hot water extraction?

Gross. Long Dry Times: Unlike Zerorez, traditional carpet cleaning services flood your carpet with their hot water extraction method. It can take anywhere from 8-24 hours for your carpet to completely dry with this method.
