How do you unlock heroic Wotlk?

Run regular level 80 dungeons (HoL, CoS, Occ, UP) to get some starter blues, or complete some of the longer quest lines in Icecrown and Storm Peaks that have nice blue rewards. Eventually you’ll be able to queue for random heroics.

They were hard at first because of the lack of gear but give it a month after hitting 70 and people will be blasting through them quite easily.
