All users should take the normal safety precautions they would take in their own communities when it comes to personal property. The Staff works to insure the safety of both users and their property but there is only so much that they can do.
When is Coleto Lake usable?
Coleto Lake is a small cooling pond for a power plant, so it is usable 9 months out of the year. We have been on a wake board in December and in early march. This year flooding has made it cooler and a bit muddy. But we are looking forward to the summer on the water.
